Salem Computer is, without a doubt, the best small business in the Salem area. Frank Zamerelli is a shining example of an owner that will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Keep up the good work!
Drove all over town looking for an old DSL modem cable, but no one had it. These guys didn't have one on display, but the guy working there went in the back and was rummaging around for a few minutes. I heard a jubilant shout of "this is why we never throw anything away!" And he returned with the cable I needed. Said they sometimes take antiquated stuff when they're upgrading a home/business to better Internet. He gave me the cable for free because it was salvage and almost one uses DSL anymore (which explains why no one stocks the cables). When it is time to upgrade my home, I know who I'm calling.
