Mary made everything so easy for us. She is carring on the family tradition of caring for people at their worst. The entire staff has been completely compassionate to all of our family and friends. Ferfolia's is a tradition for our family, taking care of our grandparents, our brother and our parents. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recommend Ferfolia for the compassion of the directors and staff. Knowing that arranging visitation hours, planning the funeral Mass, and performing many administrative details would be handled by professionals put all of the family at ease. Moreover, I thought it was gracious that the staff gave family members privacy to mingle in the rooms that we were assigned to relate family stories and to view photos of family events without intruding—all while meeting standards regarding the pandemic. That was quite a feat!
