Went to her a few years ago and she was great. I booked a appointment online for my wife I Valentine's Day. My wife shows up, nobody is there, goes to voicemail. I get a call back saying Kneading Therapy is no longer in business.

I purchased a groupon and tried numerous times to schedule an appointment. The phone number is an answering machine 100% of the time. I left literally 4 messages before being contacted to schedule a massage. The time slot did not fit my schedule for that week so I was put on queue to reschedule. Upon attempting to reschedule, I was back in the same predicament I was in initially with calling and leaving messages on the hopes of a return call. Long story short my groupon expired and I never got service for my paid up front massage.

I purchased a Groupon for Kneading Therapy and contacted the business to schedule an appointment. There were no appointments available until several weeks out, and the day of my long-anticipated appointment, I get a text saying all appointments are canceled that day and I will be contacted for rescheduling. I was never contacted, even after I reached out again. I got a refund from Groupon and I will never go to Kneading Therapy.
