I really wanted to give a 5-Star Review and gave them multiple multiple multiple chances to make things right. He seems like a good guy, but I'm running out of options and time. However, after the owner's refusal to respond to my numerous attempts to come back and finish the job he started, he no longer returns my texts. He took apart my treadmill and elliptical machines - and didn't put either of them back together after I ordered the correct parts. The replacement treadmill motor I bought that he installed doesn't seem to work correctly, and a second one I bought is sitting here waiting to be installed. I called their number and the answerer told me that he was in the middle of a job and would call me back tomorrow morning. I went to give him my number and he said he had it on his phone. 3 days later I've heard nothing. If he was overwhelmed with work, he simply needed to tell me that. It doesn't matter if you are great at repairs if you not accessible.
