Wonderful experience! Relaxation started from the point of walking through their doors. I was greeted by the front desk, given a tour of the amenities, and waited for my service in the calming room. The atmosphere was quiet and calming. The calming retreat massage was like heaven!! Totally recommend ?. Nicolette created such a peaceful, rejuvenating, healing space. The most relaxing service I’ve ever had. My service was early this morning and I’m still feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and have significantly less pain and muscle tightness. Treat yourself ❤️ I know I will be going back!

Absolutely worst service. They couldn’t accommodate my needs. I will never be back. If a maternity massage is scheduled, maybe someone can call and talk about this. A maternity massage is schedule for 2nd trimester. I was unaware - so if they can’t do this massage until 12 weeks, then why can’t ANYTHING else be offered. This was a gift - an embarrassing gift. I will never recommend this spa to anyone, and I always recommend this place. Never again. I’m so embarrassed and the fact that they couldn’t help out. Never again.

Couples massage.Our first time at this Spa. Great experience! The facility atmosphere is so relaxing. Decorated beautiful! The massage therapists have excellent technique! Everyone is professional and very friendly.We were recently at the Spa at Nemacolin and this rates right there with that! Planning on returning!
