I have been going to the Fountain Clinic for over 2 years. I loved Dr. Birchall and his staff. I was heartbroken to hear the news of his passing. Rest In Peace, Good Doctor.I do hope that the wonderful staff at the Fountain Clinic is able to pass on their plans for the future as I interacted with them all at some point. Victoria and Eva have bright careers ahead of them and I hope someone will be getting a hold of Dr. Birchall's patients at some point to let us know how to contact them.
This is actually Matt's wife Shelley writing this review. I wish I could give Dr. Birchall and The Fountain Clinic 10 stars!!! I had my first xeomin injections to my forehead a couple of months ago. I was worried about side effects, and the results looking plastic and unnatural. Well, first of all, Dr. Birchall was extremely patient and reassuring. He explained the procedure and expectations for the results thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and was conservative in his initial injections. They are a Class Act organization. They have state of the art technology and deliver desired results. Very pleased with the tattoo removal process thus far. Anticipating the day it no longer exist! Highly recommend these guys.
