We had a great conversation about my hair's texture, hair's current state, what type of cut I sought, and how I work with my hair, products included. She did a fabulous job, it's so much better and my curls are back the way they should be. My hair is curly yet responds best to a precision cut (or as she says technical cut). It is through talent and skill she was able to save my eyebrows. They couldn’t accommodate my needs. I will never be back.
If a maternity massage is scheduled, maybe someone can call and talk about this. A maternity massage is schedule for 2nd trimester. I was unaware - so if they can’t do this massage until 12 weeks, then why can’t ANYTHING else be offered.
This was a gift - an embarrassing gift. I will never recommend this spa to anyone, and I always recommend this place. Never again. I’m so embarrassed and the fact that they couldn’t help out. Never again.

Update - they changed their menu option for maternity massages to match what was at Pinecrest. I’m not mad at you anymore“
