They couldn’t accommodate my needs. I will never be back.
If a maternity massage is scheduled, maybe someone can call and talk about this. A maternity massage is schedule for 2nd trimester. I was unaware - so if they can’t do this massage until 12 weeks, then why can’t ANYTHING else be offered.
This was a gift - an embarrassing gift. I will never recommend this spa to anyone, and I always recommend this place. Never again. I’m so embarrassed and the fact that they couldn’t help out. Never again.

Update - they changed their menu option for maternity massages to match what was at Pinecrest. I’m not mad at you anymore“

“Francesca did an amazing job with my curly cut! I was going to someone before that refused to try things I wanted (u shaped cut, shorter layers, etc) because she said “it doesn’t work with curly hair.” Francesca finally gave my hair shape and layers. It’s so hard to find someone that can cut curly hair well in this area and I was super happy with the service. She used products that were perfect for my dry, curly hair, too. I’ll never go anywhere else!“
