I have been coming here for about 6 months and have loved my experience. I came in with a boxing background and had little to no experience with kicks, elbows, knees, and the footwork that goes with it. Alan and Alex have helped me improve my skills exponentially in such a short time and are very attentive and willing to help on an individual level with form, technique, or any questions I may have. Every class is challenging and I never leave feeling like I have more to give. Joining the kickboxing class has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my mental and physical health. The instructor Alan is incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and makes every session feel empowering. The environment is positive, supportive, and welcoming no matter your fitness level. I walk out of every class feeling stronger, more focused, and proud of myself. Highly recommend to anyone ready to transform.
I am very grateful that I have enrolled my daughter in Riverview. Although it has only been a short time, I can see the respect, confidence and focus building within my daughter. Furthermore, the instructors are absolutley amazing here.
