I trained at this academy for 7 years before I moved to another state. I can’t say enough good things about the atmosphere, camaraderie, values and quality of techniques taught at Rio Pro. Rio Pro is going to make you grow in many aspects of your life, help you get/stay healthy, challenge you to be a better person and appreciate others. This is a great investment to your life in general. I miss my training partners very much. Can’t wait to visit soon!

I've been training here for a few months with zero prior experience in any combat sport. I was nervous about coming in at first, but the instructors and students are some of the most welcoming and kind people I have ever met. The classes and schedule are structured in a way that facilitates beginner learning yet encourages a deeper level of participation. I couldn't think of a better opportunity to exercise in a safe and fun environment while making new friends and learning an incredible new skill!
