I was looking for an escape from the taint of the very unpleasant dealings with the contacts at H&R Block, specifically 2 that represented they were part of the H&R Block legal team (????) and a local Westlake office manager that refuses to inform and runs from a resolution. I have serious questions as to their tax and legal acumen!I saw this service tax provider and it appears to have precisely the professionalism and quality service credentials that H&R IMO lacks. I like Pat. I found her to be open and honest in her demeanor. I came in on a recommendation of a friend to get my taxes done and have decided I will use her as my CPA for my business needs. She took the time to help me understand what type and how to document my tax needs for the current year. I left feeling like whatever the experience costs it will be well worth it. John M
