I came in with a boxing background and had little to no experience with kicks, elbows, knees, and the footwork that goes with it. Alan and Alex have helped me improve my skills exponentially in such a short time and are very attentive and willing to help on an individual level with form, technique, or any questions I may have. Every class is challenging and I never leave feeling like I have more to give. The kickboxing classes are cardio and strength based and the Muay Tai classes, while still cardio and strength conducive, offer a chance to improve technique with partner work and sparring.
