They did not communicate to the technician what I needed. Then called and told me the technician could not make a key, which is not what I was asking for at all. This is what happens when a call center handles the calls.

I’ve gotten keys made at Home Depot that did not even work. I tried the KeyMe kiosk and the key worked perfectly. I’ve gotten several other keys made and they all work fine. Convenient, fast, and affordable. Highly recommended!
