I have been going here for about 2 years. I have received nothing but amazing services and excellent customer care. The employees are so kind, respectful, and always make my appointments wonderful. I recommend this place to my friends and family.
This is the only location I frequent, as the staff are very friendly. Additionally, after a few massage therapists, I found the best one for me and haven't strayed since. I'm glad I invested in the membership. This is definitely the kind of self-care one needs from time to time. I highly recommend this location.
We got a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. When we walked in we were greeted by the very friendly staff. While we waiting the lady at the front desk was very helpful in answering my questions. David and Martin were amazing and we were very pleased with our massage. I left there feeling so relaxed. I give the Rocky River location more than 5 stars ⭐️
