From the first contact of wanting information, everything was handled and approached with care. I Was in contact and working with Al from beginning to end. He helped me by explaining the process of cremation, what to expect. Very professional manner, he was an expert at his job and I highly recommend him. Everything was done with care. I felt comfortable from the start and was also sent e-mails checking up on me and offering grief counseling if needed. Much appreciated, as it made it so much easier to deal with after the loss of our younger sister. Thank you again for your genuine kindness.
From the first phone call, our family could not have been better cared for. Every detail was arranged and when the service was over, they took care of giving the extra food to those in need and the flowers to the local hospice to brighten those hallways. Can’t recommend them enough.
