Big Bear was a dream to work with over the course of the six months they were in our house working on our kitchen, bathroom and spare bedroom remodels. Their team was fantastic throughout our projects; highly communicative, detail oriented, reasonable and looking out for our best interests as we tore apart and rebuilt our 100+ year old home. Our projects were by no mean smooth, easy, or problem-free, but Kirk, Travis and the rest of the Big Bear team made discovering setbacks easier to navigate and always provided multiple solutions to correct the situation at hand. I have to admit I wasn’t looking forward to a total kitchen renovation after a disappointing bathroom redo a few years back (with a different company). However, I was wrong. Big Bear was an absolute pleasure to work with. They excel at communications; we received a weekly update throughout the renovation process. We knew each day which of Big Bear’s team would be on site and what they would accomplish while here. All of the workers arrived on time (by 8am); they were pleasant, customer-focused, and did quality work.

We chose Big Bear to do a full remodel of our kitchen & half-bath in our century home. It turned out even better than expected & the level of communications during the project was amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to use them for future renovations.
