“Tech Byron did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent. Very professional and courteous. Showed me the pics of the vent at dryer and of it on the roof. This vent goes up to the attic takes a turn to the back then another turn up thru roof. It’s at least 20 feet if not more and he got it nice and clean. Highly recommend“

“We bought our home recently, and our HVAC system was cycling on and off with error messages. Broadview Heating sent Matt H. out due to our furnace not cycling/working properly. He was on time- pleasant, and very polite. We appreciated the shoe covers that he wore to keep our floors clean. He was meticulous; took his time and explained all of the components of our furnace, while thoroughly checking each part. In addition he found that our thermostat software was outdated and causing problems with the heating cycle, so he took the time to update it; downloaded the app on my phone and showed me how to use it properly. “Had my ducts cleaned today by Duct Busters, which is a subsidiary of Gene's Refrigeration here in Medina. I've never had my ducts cleaned at any of my houses, so this was the first time. These guys took their time, were thorough, and they did it right. They showed me pictures of mold inside my furnace and dust inside my ducts and dryer vent. I had them clean it all out and sanitize the system. My furnace and A/C is 12 years old and leaking, so I will be replacing it with a more efficient heat pump in the future. For now, however, I got my ducts cleaned to help improve air quality in my house. The workers were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.“

“It’s the Fourth of July and my 24-year-old furnace blower died that was blowing cold air from my 29-year-old AC unit. Mark had been doing work for my mother, so I gave him a call. Mark was out the next day. He got me up and running, but we both agreed I was time to replace both units. He was fantastic as we he went thru all the available options with me. Although he was my only call, his pricing was better when I talked to my friends that had very similar work completed recently. One Item that concerned me was that it was going to be hot and in the 90s for the next 7 days. He was able to work me into his busy schedule, and he started the new install that following Monday which was awesome!

I had Mark install the new AC into a different location. The old AC unit was in the way since I had put in back patio several years earlier. The new AC unit looks great and oh so quiet compared to the old unit. We can now talk in normal voice sitting at the patio table with the AC unit running 8 feet away from us. He also installed the new furnace, a new humidifier, and updated the drainage pipe than ran around the basement walls.

If there is one word describes Mark’s work. that word would be meticulous. All the wires were hidden compared to my old units. He also moved the gas line that was always partially in the way of the room walk in. Mark cleaned up and left no mess behind. Finally, Mark was also a pleasure to talk with and kept me updated during the entire process. Mark is definitely someone I would…..and I already have recommended to my friends and family. You could not ask for a better installer! I stand by that 100%“
