This is a WONDERFUL place. I was looking for a new vet closer to home and honestly was having a hard time finding one. Everything was so expensive and the care was not great. I am now in the process of switching all my animals to this vet.
Dr. Jackson and staff are phenomenal. He is so patient, doesn’t rush you, and is so good with my animals. He’s also laid back which I appreciate. I feel like other vets made me feel bad like I wasn’t doing enough for my animals, but I never once felt that way. I cannot recommend enough. Prices are also reasonable. Everyone was great here, from walk in to leaving.
The staff here is AMAZING! My husband and I found a VERY sick stray kitten and they have gone above and beyond with getting him better. Thank you Hunt, Dawn, Miranda, Mckayla, and Amber!

I had a wonderful experience today at the Cuyahoga Valley Vet Clinic. From my emergency call, intake process, evaluation, treatment, and even payment the entire Staff should be commended, and deserve my highest praise. My best friend, Buddy the Cat, was not necessarily a fan of the clinic, but rest assured they still treated him like royalty. I have all the confidence in the world that this team of PROS can handle any issue thrown their way; I will be recommending them. Finally, I am very appreciative of the time you took with me, and Buddy. Thank you all very much! :)
