I usually do not give reviews, but t - his tim e, I think I will. I have a Home Depot credit card.h I had this card for 15+ years.i went online and saw where they had charged me a $29.00 late fee. I pride my11 on myself in paying everything on time. Some foreign person waswas speaking to me, who was rude and barely speaking English. He tried to over talk me about my bill, which was only $275.00. I had already sent 130. I asked for the late fee to be removed. He said he could not do it. Asked for someone who spoke better English. They were no help, I went on and paid the -balance. Told them I was done with Home Depot, they have no loyalty to their customers, and that i do not need them need them. Will be shredding the card, and if they want, within 6 months, close the card. I will pay cash. DONE WITH HOME DEPOT!!!!

I have driven past here for years, finally had a purpose to stop in... I made it about 15 feet into the store when Sarahnetty and Jessica at customer service were absolutely miserable. If you hate working with the public so much, maybe select a different job. Will continue to drive by and shop at Lowe's.

Reynoldsburg Police since in a lot of Jason to Home Depot and profile people pull you over once you cross the white line on Brice!!! I will stop shopping at that Home Depot and I suggest anyone that doesn't like to be profiled don't go there I will take my business elsewhere they pull me over yesterday as soon as I crossed the white line on Brice and 1) gave me a ticket for not having my license on me 2) insurance on my vehicle. The vehicle is registered to my daughter. How would they know about my license and registration if they never pulled me over and what was the reason for pulling me over and they did not have their body cams on no red light was flashing.
