There were a few areas in the doorways of the bathroom & bed rooms where the wood was put down that needed to be redone and one minor area in my kitchen where the wood was just a bit short where the wood should have snapped in. Other than that I was satisfied.“

Jim Park was able to accommodate us very nicely, and he is a wonderful communicator, keeping us in the loop constantly. We ended up loving our new Finzzi LV plank floors so much that we decided to add to the job while it was in progress and did the entire kitchen too. It looks beautiful and has a lovely wood grain texture (see picture!). The carpet, Dreamwever 55 oz., is the nicest, softest carpet we have ever had.
