What a wonderful experience I've had with the getting my eye exam and the wonderful staff that works at the desk to get everything straightened out they are efficient and give great service this is my second visit in the last for years and the service is excellent and it has been every time I've gone there that staff is wonderful at that desk you have any issues they work them right out for you I went back to pick up my new glasses and still received excellent service this place is awesome the atmosphere is wonderful the music is good and I would suggest everyone go there to get your glasses and your eye exams as soon as possible
If you have a child who needs any help with their vision, this is the place. The people inside are incredible. So patient, kind,helpful,and all around made my 7yr old daughter feel safe. She's always anxiety ridden at doctors office's. She did have a bit of an episode when the chair was raised up (mechanically)high, almost trying to jump out. The doctor let me come over to comfort her,was so kind and empathetic. Really talked to us and helped us understand exactly what she is going through with her vision.I seriously cannot give this place enough love and credit. I've seen a few different eye doctors over the last few years, but I stopped in here yesterday and saw Ron Mannarino and I had such a great experience! First of all the staff on the floor were all very kind and personable, I really felt like they were all happy to be there and enjoy the place that they work and the work that they do. I believe Mike is who helped me after my appointment with purchasing a pair of glasses and he was very patient and willing to answer any questions i had as well as helped break down my insurance coverage when I had a few questions about that.
