Exceptional One Services took our front porch and steps from a disaster to point of pride and safety. The porch had crackered from front to the doors. There was no railing so it was getting dangerous for us to use the front door. After renovation, we use the front door all the time. Neighbors have stopped to compliment us on the transformation. The work was done in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day. They offered suggestions, painting the column to match the new railing was one. The porch and stairs are far beyond our expectations!

Exceptional one services is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Dan’s attention to detail and knowledge of every aspect of home remodeling is second to none. His team has done numerous projects for me over the last 10 or 15 years, including complete home renovations. on numerous properties, Being a Contractor myself, I am aware of how things should and shouldn’t be done. Exceptional one doesn’t always meet my expectations. They EXCEED THEM !!

Exceptional One Services had been working on my neighbor's home. Each workday the property was kept clean. They made sure the property was secured. They worked as a team which was refreshing to see.
I saw the owner Dan and asked if they did smaller jobs and he said they did. Later that week I called the office to schedule a time for Dan to come out to work on an estimate. Everyone I spoke with in the office was and is professional, nice, and knowledgeable.
