Recently had our garage GFI go out and I immediately called Excel based on the very honest reviews from other people on here. I am happy to share that the glowing remarks about Glen are true. You know a contractor is honest when he tries to help you troubleshoot an issue over the phone before charging you to come to your home. Glen was polite and professional to my mom while I was away from home. Please expect more calls from us if we need electrical services in the future.
Called to have a few uneven outlets and light switch repaired in a finished basement - Glen came out the next morning and had everything fixed within a few hours! I had a very positive experience with Excel Electrical Services. I had several outlets that were not working and a bad circuit breaker. I spoke to Glen and he showed up promptly and diagnosed and fixed all of my issues. He also answered all of my (many) questions and educated me on the wiring of my home.
