This is my 4th experience with Columbus Driving Academy and I would like to thank Ms Kelli for her excellent customer service and follow up to fix our situation. COVID has impacted a lot of services including scheduling for in car. When we called to schedule our in car the dates were 4 months out at that time. I called last week to see my options for a potential schedule conflict and to inquire on a date that I initially questioned because it was a holiday and indeed we were impacted by an unfortunate scheduling error. Ms. Kelli worked diligently on my issue to get it all worked out keeping me updated the entire time and a resolution with a better timeline. I am hopeful the rest of the process goes smoothly and we will have our last one driving in the coming months. Ms Kelli did an awesome job on all aspects. Kudos
