Best eye appointment ever. It was fast, to the point, and very helpful when figuring out my option available to me. I've been to other America's Best and this location has been the best to far! Tamara is especially helpful :-)
Had an amazing experience at the Reynoldsburg office. From receptionist, Dr. Grant, to Pam & Tiffany the whole experience got me exciting to get my new frames. My current frames were jacked up & they fixed them without me saying anything. Talk about leaving better than you came. Highly recommend if you are looking for Professionalism & great energy staff & customers. Eyeglass Selections were classy even on low budget. My eye Dr Rinkov retired so I'll be back. Thx for making my day a good one. ?
I just went in to the Reynoldsburg OH branch for a nosepad replacement and had the best customer service I've had in any store in a really long time. The young woman that helped me could not have been nicer, explained some important info, and replaced a frame that was on the verge of breaking on her own initiative. This is my 5th pair of glasses from them and I'll keep coming back. Super customer service, great place to buy contacts or glasses! A++
