Robert came out because my unit installed by someone else wasn’t keeping up with the extreme temps. He checked my system out and said all was good with the equipment and ducts. He said I have very bad insulation in my attic and he never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. He was professional and timely. They use a tracker that tells you where the tech is so you will know when they are going to arrive. While it wasn’t an emergency they were able to work me into the schedule within a few days.
