I first learned about Home Instead while working as a hospice nurse and interacting with their staff. The caregivers were always thorough and compassionate. When the time came for help with care for my elderly father, there was no doubt who my provider choice would be. Not only are the caregivers wonderful, but the office staff was helpful in assisting with any other care issues (i.e. VA paperwork, other care options). I would recommend them to anyone.
The local office feels like a small business with personal care while still having the backing and support especially with COVID 19 policies of a major healthcare corporation. Good communication between director, care coordinator and care givers.
Paula and her team at Home Instead go above and beyond to not only care for the individual needs of the seniors they care for but the seniors in the community that need it! Their caregivers really do care and love what they do and it shows!
