“Edit: I came in for my appointment today and Doctor Ford and dental assistant and staff were nothing short of amazing. The entire staff was very welcoming, patient and professional. I have to come back in a couple weeks to finish up a crown but, they really set my mind at ease. Dr. Ford is one of the best dentists I have had to deal with as far as bedside and seems very knowledgeable. I can't remember the name of the female that worked with him, but she was absolutely splendid as well. I will be posting more updates in the future.

I have been coming here for 15 years and have had some amazing experiences overtime. Regardless, I'm not going to lie when i say i have an appointment in 1 day on August the 20th and after reading all the recent reviews... I am beyond terrified. I have sooo many health conditions and this tooth is for surgical clearance.... If this doesn't go well and i get an infection due to a bad installation and get put on antibiotics whilst in recovery from a life saving surgery... I could have horrible life threatening complications.. With little ones in the home that depend on me... Oh my.... Lord please let this crown go well.

I've had a few so so experiences here but never have I had any experiences like the reviews I've read. I've spent the last several years trying to stay alive, please don't let this dentist office have a Kevorkian that will inadvertently be the cause of my collapse... I really hope they put someone with decent experience to work on me. I would cancel but i need this fixed months ago. I wish Rosenthal would come back to supervise. As a business owner myself... If I were him, I would totally be in there overseeing operations personally if i knew of the reviews on here.“
