After their first visit I did not see or trap one more mouse. They came back 10 days later and plugged the areas the mice were coming in. Complete professionals. It was our first time coming to here, and my son's first eye exam. The 3 ladies working at the desk were so friendly. Normally my son can be pretty shy talking to new people and he was talking their ears off. The doctor was also very nice and explained everything he was doing and taught me something I didn't know. Picking out glasses was easy as well. They carry a nice selection and helped find glasses that actually fit his face. Most opticians just let you pick them with no insight on the proper fit. Thank you Portage Vision for making this such a positive experience for my son, we will definitely be going back.

Two years ago when moving to NE Ohio, I never thought I would find a new nail person that I would like as much as the one in California. Well, I was WRONG!! Telsa not only does the best job but she's incredibly personable, creative and always on time. She gives the most wonderful pedicure and massage as well. She keeps up on the latest trend in style and colors, so much so that I never want the same color twice because she just got in more fabulous colors. As if this weren't enough, Telsa does great lashes as well. I really can't stand anyone touching my eyes but she relaxes me so much with how much she cares that it's not an issue for me and I never thought I would say something like that. The atmosphere in this shop is always upbeat, happy and everyone smiles and welcomes you with open arms. I HIGHLY recommend you give the amazing ladies at this shop a opportunity to make you beautiful because they sure will!

Walking into this establishment for the first time, as a male, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted by Maddie and taken through the process of becoming a new member. She was extremely thorough, patient, and informative. I felt educated in the "tanning world" once she was completed. The establishment was clean, welcoming, and well put together. It's so hard to find small businesses that showcase good customer service but Maddie nailed it tonight! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to support a small business that values their customers and obviously, their staff training!

Amanda P, it's your sons fault. When she asked how he wanted it cut, your son could've asked you. Just because you think it looked bad doesn't mean it is bad. How about you try and cut people's hair. You probably wouldn't even get $20 in a day let alone for one haircut.

I went to see Rob for my tattoo and I was beyond impressed and totally satisfied with his work. I actually almost fell asleep and that for me was AMAZING!!! He was spot on with his art and the finished product speaks for itself. This tattoo meant a lot to me and Rob took great pride in his work and really focused on details. Super cool guy. I can’t wait for the next one. The atmosphere was great and the staff was super friendly. Hands down my favorite tattoo I have ever had done.

Nick was great and I will happily use A.B.C. again.For my most recent service, I called at the end of the day with a gas leak issue and he came out the next afternoon on time as promised.Pricing was very fair and he explained the work being done.
