Fred is THE BEST. He has been the best maintenance man I could have ever asked for over the past 2 years. He is a great listener, responsive, attentive, and thorough in his work. He is over within an hour once you submit a request. He always follows up too. I will miss him dearly at my next place. He set the bar so high!

Campus handyman has been an excellent resource to complete repairs on our property. They take a professional approach upon entry covering their shoes with protective footies and the cleanup once repairs are completed is excellent. If they run into an issue during the repair, they have brought it to our attention and those issues are resolved to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. The CH team is very responsive, punctual, courteous, professional, AND reasonably priced. They are also able to handle a wide range of tasks. We've hired them to complete projects big and small, from installing a new doorknob and lockset, to chimney capping, new flashing install and tuck-pointing. Quality work from all-around rockstars - don't look anywhere else!!
