Emergency Department nurses rude, incompetent, and dismissive. My father sat in the waiting room in heart failure and respiratory failure for 5.5 hours. Call placed to terrible night shift charge nurse Kody who is rude, dismissive and more concerned with his ego than listening to my concerns about my father. I went outside and called the er to check on her and they said she was in a room. I said are you sure of that and they said yes. When I said OK then tell me why she set in the lobby since 12 they said because they were busy. But a nurse checks on patients... read full review
