I brought my girls in for a normal vaccine and check up, my orange girl ended up getting really sick but the vet and the techs were so patient and helped me everyday this week with kindness and care. The receptionists helped and had an answer every time I called, and if not they called right back when they did. They have all been great and I’m extremely grateful for all of the staff
It has been a few months and I did not call back to complain bc I don't like confrontation and have severe anxiety. but our sweet dog mickey died after being fixed here. 2 weeks after And he passed, we thought he was still just recovering. And I felt like we were overcharged tremendously, especially now that we have checked prices at other vets offices and gotten established. Everyone was very friendly during our visits and handled him very well. The staff was super professional. I have no idea what happened. But he was my best friend and I don't think I'll ever find another one like him.
The staff was amazing with me during a very hard, putting my fur baby down was the hardest decision I made and they met me with so much grace and patience. I couldn’t recommend them more! They explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and gave me all the time I needed to process everything. The fact that I got to sit on the couch with my dog while he was being put to sleep was very comforting. Thank you ladies!
