This was our first time at Portsmouth Vision Center. I called because there was an issue with my sons eye and our current Dr.’s office had been unavailable for a bit. I called and spoke with Jackie. She listened to my concerns, and he was scheduled for that day! it was so easy and they were so comforting. No questions or grief about having another eye Dr., or having us wait for a regular screening appointment.
The doctor and nurse was very helpful with my anxiety issues from the lights of the test which I was very sensitive to. When it can time to pick my glasses the young lady was very patient as well
I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment and the only availability was months out; however the cancellation text option worked well and I was able to claim a cancelled appointments relatively soon.
