Very disappointed. I've used these guys for several years. They always done excellent work. I usually had the same service guy & he was great. But we recently had a new ac installed. These guys had no respect for my home. They tracked mud & dirt everywhere. They even used an upholstered folding chair as a ladder when running the coolant lines. On top of all that,they broke the latch on the existing disconnect box. On the day of the install I had to work. My wife stayed home. After the installers showed up a guy called trying to sell us a furnace as well. This was after we agreed on the work to be done & the price.
