“My daughter was in today to see Dr Grischow for her annual appt. Kristin is special needs and although she tries to cooperate, she is sometimes a challenge. Shannon took us into the exam rm and did an interview, then ran her through all the initial exams and tests. I can't thank Shannon enough for her patience, knowledge, and professionalism. She went over and above to work with Kristin. Shannon was just so kind and put us both at ease. I may just have to request her for Kristin's next appointment! Jan Seidler“
