They did a great install and provided high quality Carrier Equipment at a vey reasonable cost. Today was our first service call to them in five years. Our AC failed yesterday evening, it was supposed to be in the high 80s today. They squeezed us in, Service Men came out around noon, determined the problem, they had parts on the truck. We were back in service! The part was covered under the Carrier 10 year warranty. Wow, so impressed.“
