RAP Carpet One did an outstanding job replacing carpet pad, reinstalling carpet and reinstalling baseboard in my basement after water damage. Their price was very reasonable and they stuck with their estimate, no up charging. Their crew was professional, polite and courteous. They arrived on time and worked quickly. Workmanship was top-notch; couldn't ask for better. Highly recommended.
We have done business with RAP several times over the years, and have always been happy with them. Most recently they did 3 rooms for us. We had emptied the rooms as much as we were able, but there was still a lot of large, heavy furniture in each. The crew they sent (2 young men) arrived on time, were very congenial, and took good care of our furniture. It was hard work, and took the whole day, but it looks great! We're very pleased.
RAP went above and beyond on all of our flooring projects. We redid all carpet on our second floor, redid our runner on our wooden staircase, and we also used them for all of our LVP on our first floor. They were courteous, knowledgable and very patient with my multiple trips of various floor samples to help make the perfect decision. I will use them for allOf our flooring needs moving forward because of their thoroughness and flexibility, and their prices are great( I looked around). Definitely check them out!
