I cannot prise this company enough! They know their stuff - I have a large, TL-30 commercial safe. After 25 year the combination lock failed. They came out and did a FANTASTIC job of opening and replacing the failed locking mechanism. And honestly, their competitor quoted me $10K to do this job. Needless to say, Golden Bear did it for a *fraction*. THANK YOU Golden Bear for being honest, timely, extremely fair in your pricing - and for sending such a knowledgeable tech. I *always* enjoy learning and he was fantastic.
