Less than a week after reaching out to John of All Seasons Landscaping, our Backyard was made beautiful again! We had a lot of work done back in 2005, and repairs by three different electricians over the years to fix the inground lighting. John gave us recommendations to upgrade our fixtures and the wiring, and now we can rest assured everything will be working perfectly. For a very long time! John is extremely reliable, personable, knowledgeable, and collaborative. Very easy to work with. Never once did we feel pressure to do more than we needed. In fact, he advised us to wait on a few things since they didn’t need to be replaced. John is very attentive to detail, and it is clear that he is dedicated to providing the best experience possible, both from a customer service standpoint, and a quality of work. Highly recommend! 5++ stars!!
Turf Barbers has been maintaining my lawn for a year now and I couldn't be happier with their service. What stands out most is their attention to detail and how they're always on top of the weather and mindful of the yard conditions. The owners are great guys—friendly, professional, and truly committed to providing the best service possible. They charge a fair price too, which is always appreciated. I highly recommend them for your lawn care needs!
Would absolutely recommend Gingrich to anyone who asked. They refinished our hardwood oak living room, dining room, entry way--sanding of the finish, and applying a mostly clear polyurethane, satin finish, and it looks fantastic! They also installed flush mount wooden heating vents that look great.The guys were very punctual (we paid extra to have them move all the heavy furniture/piano to our garage), friendly and professional, and also took pains to make sure the area was sealed off from the rest of the house to contain dust, so the amount of additional dust in the rest of the house was VERY minimal--and even in the work area it wasn't bad, since they use machines that capture a lot of the dust while they're working.The price we were charged was also very reasonable, and I would definitely use them again if the need arises.BTW, I can't believe someone actually gave them a 1 star simply because their driver cut them off--seriously?...

Such a great experience. I called on a Thursday about getting a second opinion for my standard poodle, renegade. They were able to get me in the next day. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and the vet herself was fabulous at explaining everything, coming up with a plan, and easing some concerns. I did not feel rushed, even though I was the last client. Also, the golden retriever (who I was told belongs to the vet) that was hanging out behind the gated desk, was a fabulous bonus of the evening. Will absolutely be returning and recommending to my clients!
I've visited this store a few times and have received excellent and knowledgeable customer service every time. I ordered 3 yards of supersoil for both a garden bed and seeding parts of our lawn. We thought it looked short when it was delivered but waited until I filled the garden box to confidently say we were short a yard. I called Sean at the Plain City location and he was fantastic about fixing the issue. Within about an hour I had another yard delivered; he even called to assure me that he hadn't forgotten about me in that time. Their resolution was so good they deserve 5 stars. I'm deducting one star for the product, which can be inconsistent; depending on where you are in that giant pile your delivery can be different. Apparently, our first order came from another store and it had way more leaf compost than expected. What came in our second order was what I thought I'd get and had a lot more soil to it. It was probably 3x heavier than the first load. So if you like to be more certain of what you're getting, I suggest taking a look at the product close to your delivery date. I used the lighter stuff for the garden box and mixed the two for the topdressing. I will come back here for future landscaping needs but highly recommend actually looking at what you're buying in person

I have to just say that these guys are out there in the weather all day long while all these keyboard Karen’s are on here complaining. I can bet that the ones saying they were cut off by the trucks are the ones that are trying to pass either on the right, or are waiting until the last second to get over into the lane that they need to be into. These guys and gals in these vehicles cannot stop on a dime. They are hauling heavy trailers and equipment! Have some respect for these drivers and they’ll have respect for you! And all of you apartment complainers, just be glad that they don’t require you to go out in the heat to mow the complex. If there’s an issue, be sure that the apartment manager has already addressed it with the company, no need for you to get on here and bash people, if you’re not in charge of taking care of the property.
