The staff at Premier Dental are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Anna does a fantastic job caring for your teeth, always taking the time to listen to your concerns and provide personalized care. Dr. Mark is an outstanding dentist who is also very friendly and jovial. He goes above and beyond to ensure your teeth are healthy, making him the best in the field.
First visit was today! Top notch all around ! Clean, kind and courteous. Dr. Alexandrunas took his time and was succinct with his explanations and was open discussing the economics of my needed work. That’s never happened to me before ….in all my years I’ve always been passed along to a “billing specialist” to discuss cost of procedure’s. Great work by the hygienists as well !
I have nothing but positive things to say about New Albany Dental. I need to get cleaned more often than usual and visit regularly. There's hardly any wait time, and scheduling is always a breeze. The hygienists are fantastic and consistently attentive to my dental care needs. While I only see the dentist briefly after my cleanings, they are always very thorough. On the one occasion, I needed more extensive dental work, the experience was very pleasant. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend New Albany Dental.
