We just had laminate and carpet installed this week…and have more carpet installation scheduled for next week. I’m leaving this review now (even before they are completely done serving us) because I am “over the top” impressed with 6 Floors Down!First of all, Valeri has been amazing with her communication in working with us. She’s been patient, kind and helpful throughout this entire process.Not to mention 6 Floors Down’s pricing was less than half of what Home Depot quoted us for the entire project!I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs you might have. I searched for a year and a half for the right people to do my 3Season patio concrete flooring. I kept coming back to Steve Noel. Even with his quiet demeanor, his vast knowledge, experience & confidence tells you exactly what you need to know, in your particular situation, yet without the sales fluff.He gained my trust and I felt assured he understood my concerns & needs (even tho I was repetitive in letting him know what they were) but in comparison to my research and meetings with many others before 'n after my initial meeting w/Steve... there just wasn't any!The flooring was done and is exactly how I imagined it to be! The Six Floors Down team was terrific! Steve & Mike were always upfront & honest, even when the news wasn't great. They earned my trust at every turn. They were very accommodating with scheduling & even finished early. Valeri kept me up to date on every aspect of the project. As a single homeowner I appreciate honest, experienced & skilled professionals to do the work I can't. I am so lucky that I chose Six Floors Down!
