Fred Napier was very positive and outgoing, great personal skills in conversation, and offered for me to walk around with him to show me what was going on. It seems he really enjoys his job. I had scheduled my appointment for tomorrow and got a call within 5-10 minutes to see if i was available tonight, which I was, and it was a quick fix! As I expected a capacitor, but I didn't have the time to fix it myself. I wasnt offered anything more to try to upsell except for firnace matensnce in the futre due to deals offered by the company, which was very refreshing! My air conditioning unit went out last night. A technician was able to come out the next day. He was highly professional. So grateful in this sweltering weather as I have a elder parent living in my home. Problem fix, with a reasonable cost. Highly recommend PHC.
I had scheduled an appt for 4 days out. A few hours later they called me back because they were able to work me the same day i called. The tech that came out was very honest and thorough. He had our problem identified and fixed in 10 mins. I was nervous about calling someone out to fix our AC. However i would recommend Pickerington Heating & Cooling. I am so glad i called them!
