I was pretty nervous letting a new stylist (I had the same stylist in Texas for 13 years) cut and color my hair so we started with a trim on my first visit. Heather understands what a "trim" means and styled my hair really well on the first visit. I have very fine hair that is short, but Heather did not hesitate to understand me, my hair, my lifestyle and my needs.My second visit was a trim and color and while my former stylist sent the formula the products were too different to convert the colors, but Heather was not concerned. “I went in around 12 to get an estimate. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. She did one faux loc braid to show me what it looked like. Since no one was there, I was able to get it done in less than 3 hours. It was so fast. Ms Bessie was so nice. The shop was clean. I enjoyed the experience and will definitely be going back.
