Got up on July 4, 2019 and A/C not working. Called Colonial at 0820 and left message. Colonial got back with us at 0840 and said a service man would be out in about an hour. Service man arrived about 0940 and replaced the capacitor to the fan. A/C now works well. Well done to Colonial.

Of course my furnace stopped running night of temperature drop and snow storm. House was down to 64 so I decided to call someone. I saw Colonials sticker on the unit and called their emergency line at 10:39 P.M on a Friday night. Guy called me back quickly at 10:45. He diagnosed issue with carrier unit by blinking light on unit and had me try a few things and was very patient with me as I am not super handy. But minor fix and reset and it started to work. Wow, I am still shocked he did this over the phone with me. I could not be more appreciative. I will continue to watch unit and do a real service call with them later. But they were a life saver tonight. That is a bucket of goodwill now I have for them. This was a great coup because they were backed up and likely could not get out in person till MLK day. I am thrilled with efforts of Colonial and hope others have the same experience with them.
