“Monday 02/18/25 I had a fantastic experience with Champion Replacement of Toledo, particularly with their employee, Todd Yates. This company cares about the quality of their products and want to make sure that their customers are well taken care and have a positive experience. My appointment with Todd was at 6pm and he took the time to make sure to cover all the questions that my husband & I had as well as assisted with financing. “Bill came out and was knowledgeable and reasonable. We went over project and he came back with a reasonable bid so I hired him. Scott was the one who actually came out to do the work. We talked almost every other day and the progressed at a good rate. My last contractor just showed up whenever, sometimes not for weeks at a time. Communication was on target, work was quality and price was fair. What more could you ask for. I am hiring them again for some exterior work and if that goes as well as the last project, they will be doing my master bath and my upstairs guest bath too.“

“I will try and keeps this review short and to the point, but this may be a challenge for me. A friend referred me to SMR HomePros after she and her husband had some work done. I verified the information with the BBB. Everything was good, so I called and Carlos Padilla came to the house to go over my plans for what I wanted done. He assured me that SMR HomePros could provide the services I was looking for. The "green lights " are flashing and I was getting excited. I placed my order and Carlos started the process.
I am an older retired woman and a veteran. I don't have money to throw away. I needed a my tub & shower replaced because I don't need a fall at my age. I wanted/needed a walk-in shower, I no longer had a need for a tub unit. I want to stay in my home as long as I can.
Everything went very fast and the job was scheduled. The weather had other plans. The weather caused the material delivery to be rescheduled 2 or 3 times. The remodel date finally came and workers arrived and got to work with great haste.
I haven't had much work on my house completed by anyone else. I have completed the repairs and remodeling up until this winter. I am so impressed with these gentlemen that came into my home. They worked as hard as I ever did. They didn't fool around and there was no slacking by anyone BUT ME!! I couldn't believe I was not in the middle of the mess. They continued to work straight through dinner hour, so I ordered Pizza for their dinner.
I am so sorry to carry you all down this long road, I just have never experienced anything like this before. The job was completed and the results are FATASTIC!!!!! These craftsmen even cleaned up their mess to include sweeping and mopping the floors. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL FOR SCH A PROFESSIONAL JOB WELL DONE!!!!“
