Whole Family Medical Care

Dr. Eleanor Host is a Board Certified family physician since 1995. Whole Family Medical Care became a Direct Primary Care practice in 2016, and virtual in 2023. You can join us for a DPC membership anywhere in Ohio and Michigan, with access to your doctor by phone, text, email, or patient portal. We can order testing, do referrals, and manage your chronic problems as well as help with weight loss, PreP, or holistic ways of keeping you healthy.
