Hated gym, dislike trying exercise at home, not comfortable at an “exercise club” and did not know how to use machines!Here… supervised while using complex machines, protocols rotate so get variety of exercises!

I love the one to one engagement available - find the trainers to be so helpful in really targeting my program to working on issues particular to my desires and needs... while still working on overall health and wellness!I REALLY love that I can get outstanding results by committing to work to my best effort just 20 minutes twice a week!! Even for this former exercise avoider.... I find I can and will COMMIT to anything for 20 minutes.I love the atmosphere!! I'm not lost figuring out what do to... there is no wasted time or effort here!!! So much better than previous gym efforts.

The trainers are all very knowledgeable and personable at the same time. They are truly there to assist you. I've been going for about 2 months now and can already feel a difference in my energy levels, and have dropped 17 pounds so far. The technology used in the training program makes things so easy to follow.
