We had a truly outstanding experience with Schoen Builders, and are so extremely happy with the final product. Matt helped us design a beautiful home to fit on a modest Perrysburg City lot within the Boundaries, and Abbie made great suggestions on the interior design elements. They listened to what we wanted, and made it happen. Their subcontractors are outstanding. We highly recommend and would build with them again, but this is supposed to be our retirement home!Service: Home building

After building our second home in the late 80's I swore I would never do it again. However as retirement approached we felt our current home would not work in our later years due to all the bedrooms on the second floor and the stairs. We decided to build again and as we searched for a lot, found a street lined with unusually striking and unique homes that we discovered were built by Aaron Schoen. As we looked at lots, even though we had not enlisted Aaron yet, he freely offered his knowledge of quirks affecting the lots that neither the developer or realtor mentioned.
