They did a great job on my roof! The top part of the house had regular shingles with a complete tear off, and the rest of the house was a flat roof with three layers to remove. They had to replace some of the wood around the outer edges. Then they put Flintlastic roofing on the flat area and installed gutters shields in all the gutters. And it looks great! 😁😁😁
Kim was a God send when a tree went through my roof. The insurance company told me that my policy only covered the prorated share of the replacement cost based on the age of the roof...which wasn’t much initially. Kim climbed up and walked the roof with the insurance adjuster and pointed out the damage and how it should be handled. She dealt directly with the adjuster and only involved me when necessary. Needless to say, the insurance company adjusted their loss report and covered the full replacement! Thank you so much Kim - your experience saved me and my family thousands of dollars! And not to mention that I got a new lifetime warranty roof that was torn off, replaced and cleaned up - all the same day! Thanks Kim!
