Although my CNC had some problems starting out, NWA customer service is amazing. One message and they knew the issue and had new parts shipped out that day. All issues taken care of quickly and politely. Thanks for all your help!

This review concerns Next Wave CNC tech/customer support. I wanted to tram my HD510 but could not find any information, so I opened a ticket asking for assistance. The next day I received a pdf file with instructions. I wrote back thanking them and mentioned that my spindle was sporadically making a high screeching noise. The next day I was informed that a new spindle was being shipped to me. This is the kind of tech/customer support that Next Wave should be proud of. It was a pleasure working with them and would recommend their products and the company behind them.

I’ve had my CNC for about 2 years, and occasionally need some technical support. This company has superior customer service. They always resolve my questions and do so very professionally. This I find missing in todays world, I fortunately. I recently called to get some assistance with virtual zero, as part of my ready to control software. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain the process and followed up with a great instructional video. Thanks for providing a positive customer experience!
